Abstract. The author presents her own vision of the axiological bases of a teacher’s evaluation activity in the context of the methodological positions of person-centered, hermeneutic, facilitative, felixlogical, system-activity approaches, and conducts the research that allows determining the paradigmatic bases of the modern theory of a teacher’s evaluation activity, contributes to the definition of the phenomenology of a teacher’s evaluation activity as an independent direction of research in the sphere of classical sciences.
