COMPETITION SUPPORT IN SYSTEM OF CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ECONOMIC ORDER

Abstract. The author substantiates the necessity of the state regulation of competitive relations under the conditions of market economy and the consolidation of competition support guarantees at constitutional level, determines economic freedoms enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, basing on the established economic foundations of the constitutional system of the Russian Federation determines the nature of the interconnection between the duty of the state to support competition and other economic freedoms, and undertakes an attempt to determine the place of competition support in the system of the economic foundations of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation.
