HIGHER MUSICAL EDUCATION IN THE MIDDLE VOLGA REGION IN 1939-1945: STRUCTURAL-DYNAMIC PROCESSES AND THEIR DETERMINANTS

Abstract. The author analyzes the basic structural transformations and dynamic processes in the sphere of higher musical education in the Middle Volga region during the Second World War, 1939-1945: integration, reduction, separation, new formation, and reveals such determinants as cultural policy, provision with personnel, premises, instruments, library stock, living conditions.
