IDEAS ABOUT RUSSIAN CULTURE MENTALITY IN RUSSIAN PHILOSOPHERS' WORKS

Abstract. The author considers the specificity and originality of the Russian culture, basing on the analysis of the Russian philosophers' works determines and analyzes the main features of national mentality: sensuality, contemplation, warmth, irrationality, emotionality, spirituality, collegiality, inconsistency, tells that a number of factors contributed to their formation, mentions among them natural, multi-ethnic, religious, and geopolitical ones; and pays particular attention to the consideration of the sensual-contemplative specificity of the Russian culture.
