RISKS COMMUNICATION: SOCIAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL DIMENSIONS

Abstract. The author considers the problems of social and philosophical risks assessment of both technogenic and anthropogenic nature, pays attention to the analysis of the notion risks communication that is actual to the current researches of classical technologies, and solves the problem of emphasizing the main features of new social-classical approach to risks communication, including the need to overcome methodological nationalism and other obstacles on the way to successful interaction between science and society both within the country and between states.
