Abstract. The author researches the political aspects of the interaction humanization of civil society actors, emphasizes the risks inherent in the present: information, geopolitical, transformational ones, and proves that social partnership as one of the most important social technologies cannot go without political transformation under the conditions of the post-industrial society.
