RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CULTURE AND FAITH ACCORDING TO LUIGI GIUSSANI

Abstract. The author reveals the approach of the most influential Italian thinker, ecclesiastical and social activist Luigi Giussani to the actual in the modern world problem of relationship between Christian and secular cultures, and pays special attention to the conception of criticism, which is the basis of this philosopher's deeply constructive approach to the most actual problems, such as the crisis of modern Western man self-consciousness and the possibility of peaceful coexistence without the loss of cultural identity.
