DONATIONS COLLECTING ORGANIZATION BY ORTHODOX CLERGY OF TAMBOV PROVINCE DURING THE FIRST WORLD WAR

Abstract. The author studies the mechanism of donations collecting in Tambov province in terms of legal regulation, pays attention to the forms of the regulation and coordination of the process of donations collecting, as well as the problem of the interaction between church and secular authorities, considers the vertical of charity activity management during the First World War, and estimates the degree of the local administration participation in the implementation of this activity, headed by the Governor, as well as the features of reporting carrying out on the results of donations collecting in the province.
