STATE AND LAW AS IDEOLOGICAL FORMS IN M. A. REISNER'S DOCTRINE

Abstract. The author discusses the views of the soviet lawyer, political scientist, philosopher M. A. Reisner (1868-1928) on state and law, tells that the scientist is the developer of ideological state-legal conception, which considers state and law as ideological categories, with particular attention to the question of national ideology, and mentions that today the name of M. A Reisner is undeservedly forgotten, and his ideas and projects have not found adequate attention on the part of scientific community so far.
