Abstract. The authors present the analysis of the origin and trace the evolution of the Russian nationalist movement in Russia at the end of the XXth century, study the features of nationalist parties institutionalization, ascertain the content of their ideological principles and the features of political activity, analyze the nature of skinhead movement among the youth, and determine the points of coincidence in the activity of radical nationalists and skinhead leaders.
