NOTION OF SOCIAL GROUP AND ITS CRIMINAL-LEGAL MEANING

Abstract. The author studies the notion of social group in relation to a number of crime components under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, conducts the scientific analysis of this notion, also considers the examples of investigative and court practice, and basing on the conducted research formulates proposals for the improvement of the existing criminal legislation.
