CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL AS THE USA SUPREME COURT LAW-MAKING FORM

Abstract. The author considers constitutional control as a form of law-making in the United States, concludes that constitutional control ensures values preservation in law due to the mutual control of government branches, and shows that constitutional control is aimed at citizens' rights and freedoms protection as it excludes the effect of the acts inconsistent with the Constitution.
