TRADE-CRAFT POPULATION IN KITAI-GOROD OF THE XVIITH CENTURY

Abstract. The author considers the social structure of Kitai-gorod - one of the oldest Moscow historical districts, presents the analysis of different urban population classes' correlation during the XVIIth century, and concludes the continuous development of Kitai-gorod social structure in accordance with historical functions changes in this Moscow district.
