Abstract. The author analyzes M. V. Lomonosov's personality and life characteristics given by A. S. Pushkin and presents them in the article devoted to the 300th anniversary of M. V. Lomonosov; reveals that the great poet rather ambiguously estimated the literary work of M. V. Lomonosov, and pays special attention to A. S. Pushkin's perception of M. V. Lomonosov's contribution to natural sciences development.
