"RATIONAL" NOTION TRANSFORMATION IN POLICY AND ADMINISTRATION DECISION-MAKING THEORY

Abstract. The author analyzes the decision-making models that were created in rational choice theory, which became the theoretical foundation for the research of the new type of political-administrative processes described by scientific conceptions good governance, state capacity and policy networks. The expanding practice of collective political-administrative decision-making sets the task of rationality research as a method of decisions quality estimation and as a means of processes and their adoption structures decomposition.
