Abstract. The author pays special attention to the analysis of the structure of the fund of the West Siberian Civil Aviation Administration (WS CAA) of Novosibirsk region state archive, presents the nomenclature of the files stored in the fund, for the first time conducts the analysis of the fund acquisition stages and reveals the advantages and disadvantages in WS CAA fund organization.
