COLLABORATIONISM IN ART AND CULTURE SPHERE WITHIN THE OCCUPIED TERRITORIES OF THE RUSSIAN SOVIET FEDERATED SOCIALIST REPUBLIC IN 1941-1944

Abstract. The author shows culture and art condition during the RSFSR (the Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic) western part occupation as well as the attempts of the German occupational authorities to adapt these soviet society spheres for the RSFSR population education in the spirit of National Socialism, according to the presented data demonstrates that the occupants' activity as a whole was of a destructive character in relation to Russian national values, mentions that the German authorities' activity on museums, theaters, libraries opening rather created the illusion of the concern about Russian culture and estimates the soviet citizens' activity who helped the Nazis to implement their plans of our country spiritual values destruction.
