Abstract. The author considers the problem of Kant's moral law origin, one of the most difficult and complicated problems in Kant studies because it has various alternate solutions, emphasizes that today there is no indication to the indisputable Kant's moral law source that would satisfy everybody and tries to formulate and substantiate his own conception of this question solution.
