Abstract. The author presents the philosophical analysis results of the management strategies major communicative component - semantics. The methodological principles of inter-subjective interaction creation in social-classical sphere are based on the idea of understanding and convention and it contributes to the formulation of quality management strategy decision-making. The research refers to the sphere of cognitive theory and philosophical theory of communication.
