NUCLEAR DETERRENCE CONCEPTION IN THE US-RUSSIAN RELATIONS DURING POST-SOVIET PERIOD

Abstract. The author discusses the transformation of the nuclear deterrence conception in the US-Russian relations in post-soviet period, and pays special attention to the factors that determine the necessity to preserve and modify nuclear deterrence conception in modern Russian-American relations.
