MONGOL TSAAZ BICHIG - LEGISLATIVE ACT OF MONGOLIA OF THE XVIIITH CENTURY: PROBLEMS OF STUDY

Abstract. The author determines the key problems in the research of Mongol tsaaz bichig - the Mongolian Law of the XVIIIth century, conducts the law monument analysis by two handwritings identified as Tsaaz bichig. The manuscripts are decided to be denoted in literature as the different versions of the law Mongol tsaaz bichig because their texts fragmentarily differ. The texts do not contain the exact date of their publication, so the question of their adoption time is a relevant scientific task which solution will define the purpose and objectives of legislative regulation.
