VILLAGE CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE 1960S - 1970S (BY THE MATERIALS OF SVERDLOVSK AND KURGAN DISTRICTS)

Abstract. The author analyzes the archival materials of Kurgan and Sverdlovsk districts and concludes that village cultural development in the 1960s - 1970s had a contradictory character which was expressed in the uneven development of urban and village culture: there was wide cultural departments construction but the process had flaws in scope and execution period.
