MALICIOUS EVASION OF ALIMONY PAYMENT

Abstract. The author estimates the effectiveness and justice of criminal law and the penalties for the evasion of alimony payment through the analysis of legislative and judicial practice, historical experience and public opinion and suggests the way of the modernization of crime elements in accordance with Article 157 of Criminal Code.
