IDEAS CONTINUITY OF RUSSIAN POLITICAL-LEGAL THOUGHT IN A. YA. VYSHINSKII'S WORKS

Abstract. The author reveals the ideas continuity of Russian political-legal thought in Soviet jurist and statesman A. Ya. Vyshinskii's works and pays special attention to the transformation of Russian statehood traditional constants in Andrei Vyshinskii's views - Orthodoxy, great-power statehood and national unity - under the influence of communist ideology.
