THE CORRELATION OF THE NOTIONS WASTER AND RESTRICTEDLY CAPABLE, POOR DEBTOR AND BANKRUPT IN PRE-REVOLUTIONARY AND MODERN INHERITANCE LAW OF RUSSIA

Abstract. The author presents the comparative analysis of the notions waster, restrictedly capable and poor debtor in the civil legislation of the Russian Empire and in the modern legislation of Russia and analyzes the role of the terminologically designated subjects in hereditary legal relationships.
