STEREOTYPES IN RELATION TO GASTRONOMY AS CULTURAL IDENTITY MARKERS

Abstract. The author considers social reconstruction questions in print mass-media of one's own and somebody else's gastronomic culture and analyzes ethnic stereotypes kinds which mark food behavior as the steady feature of an ethnic group by the material of German social and political essays.
