RIGHT TO PRIVATE LIFE AND SCIENTIFIC-TECHNICAL PROGRESS

Abstract. The author shows the interrelation of scientific-technical revolution with the evolution of right to private life. The scientific basis of right to private life research is information carriers: mass-media, computers and computer networks. At a certain stage of society historical development this or that dominating information carrier predetermines the character and structure of prevailing encroachments on the sphere of private life in the form of illegal personal information processing. Each kind of encroachment on the sphere of private life forms new right to private life understanding accompanied by new private life protection means search.
