FORMER RED PARTISANS AS REGIONAL ELITE RESOURCE (BY THE EXAMPLE OF EASTERN SIBERIA OF THE FIRST HALF OF THE 1930S)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the reasons of the limited use of former red partisans as the resource of regional elites formation and of the peculiarities of their social status by the example of Eastern Siberia in the first half of the 1930s.
