THE FEATURES OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF PANELLATION PROCEDURE IN THE RUSSIAN STATE OF THE 70S-90S OF THE ХIХTH CENTURY

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the administrative-legal measures undertaken by the government of the Russian empire under the reign of Aleksandr III with the purpose of the suppression of the lacks which were revealed during the practice of jury institution functioning. For the first time the author introduces into the scientific circulation the resolutions of the Government Senate and the directives of the Ministry of Justice which allow tracing the course of the governmental policy in the settlement of the considered problem.
