TYPES OF ASSISTANCE TO LAW MACHINERY WITHIN THE LIMITS OF MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES

Abstract. The author analyzes the norms of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation providing punishment mitigation for the persons helping investigation. The actions of the person on helping in solving the committed crime are the form of positive post-criminal behavior and must be taken into account while imposing penalty.
