Abstract. The article is devoted to one of the most urgent questions of a farm functioning - to peasant agriculture namely the structure of various agricultural crops within the limits of a certain farm. The structure of crops is revealed mainly on the basis of studying the sources of state origin - governmental statistics and also archival materials. The author presents the data about which areas of peasant lands were occupied with these or those agricultural plants and what was the dynamics of their change from 1893 till 1915.
