YOUTH PARTICIPATION IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION IN EASTERN SIBERIA DURING THE PERIOD FROM THE 1960S TILL THE 1980S

Abstract. The article is devoted to youth participation in agricultural production in Eastern Siberia during the period from the 1960s till the 1980s. The author shows the contribution of Komsomol and student groups to agriculture development, reveals the activity of Komsomol organizations on assigning young men and girls to agriculture and analyzes the reasons of young personnel turnover in rural areas.
