STATE INSTITUTIONS AS THE NEW TYPE OF A NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract. The article reveals the legal status of the state institutions which have been created since the 1^st of January 2011 according to the changes brought into civil legislation. The author pays special attention to the features of the activity of state institutions and also to the legal regime of the property on the right of operational administration or got at the expense of the activity giving income.
