INDUSTRIALIZATION AS THE WAY OF SOLVING NATIONAL-STATE PROBLEM IN KOMI TERRITORY (1920S-1930S)

Abstract. The author presents the brief analysis of the regional problems of soviet industrialization of the 1920s-1930s, designates the preconditions, plans, course and results of this process within Komi Republic territory, pays special attention to solving national-state problem in the context of the modernization of the industrial component of economics taking into account the influence of forced labor system and makes the conclusion about the interconnection of social-economic and social-political processes on the scales of local and all-Russian history indicating the character and degree of the interaction of Komi region with the country center.
