Abstract. The author analyzes the state policy aimed at the creation of favorable conditions for the interference of the Far East inhabitants' cultures in economic, spiritual and political spheres in the second half of the XIXth - the beginning of the XXthcenturies, considers Russian Orthodox Church activity concerning Christianity dissemination as the means of converging newly arrived and native population and characterizes the features of acculturation processes behavior in the sphere of everyday life and economic activity of the Russian Far East inhabitants.
