Abstract. The article presents the comparative analysis of Russian Black-Hundreders and Nationalists' views on the solution of the problem of autocracy power prerogatives source at the beginning of the XXth century. The author supposes that the basic difference between these two doctrines was as follows: Black-Hundreders were faithful to the archaic conception of the divine origin of the throne and Nationalists apprehended the liberal interpretation of people as the absolute law source delegating its power privileges to the ruler.
