ASTRAKHAN' REGION PUBLIC AUTHORITIES' PORTAL AS THE BASIC ELEMENT OF REGIONAL ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT SYSTEM

Abstract. The article reveals Astrakhan' region public authorities' portal state and development level as one of the basic channels of creating regional electronic government system. The author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the informational resource from the point of view of increasing the efficiency of public management at regional level by the example of Astrakhan' region public authorities' Internet-portal.
