INHERITANCE ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION: HISTORY AND MODERNITY

Abstract. The author compares the pre-revolutionary civil legislation regulating inheritance acceptance with the legislation of the Soviet period and modern one and analyzes the opportunity of introducing traditional norms into modern law.
