RENT REPURCHASING PRICE IN RUSSIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract. The author considers repurchase and rent repurchasing price determination rules which are valid for all types of rent contracts and concludes that the basic factor of rent repurchasing price determination is the contract clause determining how the property is passed for rent payment - free of charge or for money.
