DAYTON AGREEMENT AS FOUNDATION STONE IN CREATING UNIDIRECTIONAL WORLD BY THE USA

Abstract. The author analyzes the interconnection of the process of the historical formation of the USA as the only superpower in the world and the processes which took place within Balkan Peninsula in the 1990s. At the end of the ХХth century the USA got the opportunity to realize effectively global dominance doctrine using globalization results in their national interests. Special attention is paid to the methods and means used by the USA and NATO for attaining their interests in the Balkan region which is strategically important for them.
