Abstract. The article analyzes the basic institutional aspects of drug addiction prevention. It is marked that anti-narcotic prevention institutionalization questions are of paramount importance in increasing drug addiction countermeasures efficiency. The author also considers the questions of institutional traps consequences and the basic directions of perspective technologies development in the sphere of drug addiction prevention.
