VYATKA PROVINCE AND VOTSKAYA REGION COUNTRYSIDE ON THE EVE OF NEW COURSE REFORMS

Abstract. The article is devoted to Vyatka province and Votskaya region countryside development on the eve of new course reforms. Agriculture economic potential in the sphere of farming and animal breeding is shown. By 1924 the countryside came nearer to the pre-war state as far as development level is concerned but at the same time its economy suffered from multiple shortcomings and was not ready for agricultural products deliveries blowout that in the sequel conditioned New course failure to a large extent.
