ACTIVITY LICENSING IN THE SPHERE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES RENDERING: REGULATION PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF THEIR SOLVING

Abstract. The article reveals the content of the notion licensing as one of the basic types of the administrative-legal regulation of communication services rendering activity. The author pays special attention to the analysis of licensing norms in communication sphere currently in force and also to the existing problems and possible ways of their solving in the considered sphere.
