Abstract. The article contains the brief analysis of new imperialism conception in Great Britain at the end of the XIXth century as globalization theoretical model. The author analyzes the publications of G. Birkenauch, B. Taylor, А. White and other authors on this problem. The author thinks that British politicians and experts created the effective development model of global communications system and British economic and political interests protection.
