CIVIL CODE AS THE MAIN SOURCE OF THE CONCERT SERVICES CONTRACT RELATIONS LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract. The author substantiates that due to the absence of normative legal acts specially devoted to concert services rendering the Russian Federation Civil Code is the main source of these services legal regulation containing both general and special norms. On the basis of the research results the propositions concerning civil legislation perfecting are formulated.
