GEORGIAN-OSSETIC CONFLICT AND RUSSIA ROLE IN SETTLING POLITICAL SITUATION IN CAUCASUS

Abstract. The article considers the geopolitical situation around South Ossetia formed after Five-Day War and Russia role in settling Georgian-Ossetic conflict. Special attention is paid to determining the tendencies in geopolitical situation in Caucasus and dialogue formation between South Ossetia, Russia and world community.
