Abstract. The article is devoted to new federal state educational standards by the example of Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education (FSES HPE) for the specialty 030900 Jurisprudence (Bachelors). The author tackles the problems of FSES HPE orientation at improving educational process quality, of students' general cultural and professional competences practical estimation, of FSES HPE juridical irreproachability.
