BARGAINS CHALLENGING IN BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE

Abstract. The article reveals the meaning of the notions concerning bargains challenging in bankruptcy procedure; their features are determined; the peculiarities of bargains and their challenging in bankruptcy procedures are revealed and also the first-priority directions of the perfection of current legislation concerning insolvency are determined.
