PRESUMPTUOUS REGULATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF SOVIET LAW SYSTEM

Abstract. The article is devoted to the historical-legal research of the category legal presumptions in the context of soviet legal system. The specificity of legislative assignment and the interpretation of presumptuous regulations during the mentioned period are analyzed. The author estimates the role of Roman law reception and foreign law in the formation of the system of presumptuous regulations of soviet law.
