PERSPECTIVES OF PERFECTING STATE-LEGAL REGULATION OF PENAL-EXECUTIVE RELATIONS

Abstract. In the article the author suggests broadening the judicial-legal regulation of social relations, connected with the process of criminal penalty execution in the form of imprisonment. The author reveals the shortcomings of the progressive system of penalty execution and argues the necessity of judicial and state control over the legitimacy and validity of the transfer of imprisoned convicted persons from one service conditions to the others.
